8 miles Fight Club

Out and back with Welsh. We got passed by Ari Lambi, who was hammering a run.

53 miles in 6 runs for the week. A decent week of running, which is good since I'll be in NYC for parts of the next two weeks and probably won't get any decent running in.

10 miles at Baylands

Kind of a rough run. I was pretty dehydrated and sluggish from taking Friday off. Another warm day.

Out and back by myself. Will need to think of some road routes for next week when it'll be dark an hour earlier.
